When you start with us, we take time to understand your preferences, your interests, and the kind of person you tend to get along with. From there we introduce you to workers who suit you, and if the fit is off, we will happily find someone who works better.

We do, along with agency-managed participants. However your plan is set up, we can work with it. For plan-managed participants we send invoices straight to your plan manager, and for self-managed folks we can invoice you directly and keep the paperwork simple. Just let us know how you would like things handled when you come on board, and we will set everything up to suit you.

Of course. Many of the people we support want their family close to the process, and we genuinely welcome that. Carers and family members can join meetings, help set goals, and stay updated as often as you like. We follow your lead on how involved everyone should be, since some people want family across everything while others prefer a bit more space. It is entirely your call.

We support participants across a wide range of ages, from young people right through to older adults. Whatever stage of life you are at, we shape our support around where you are now and what you are working towards. That depends a little on your plan and the supports you need, but we move as fast as we responsibly can. Often we can arrange an initial chat within a few days and have support underway not long after. If your situation is urgent, tell us early, and we will do our best to prioritise getting someone out to you sooner.
