We provide a high standard of care to individuals who need high intensity personal activities to satisfy their health care needs. We focus on providing complex care services to address our clients' daily living needs in their homes or in community health settings.
Services are provided to individuals who have:
- diabetes, epilepsy, and high-risk seizures.
- complex wounds and pressure injuries
- day to day management of medication.
- complex bowel problems
- a tracheostomy
- Enteral Feeding and Management, including PEG feeding
- Subcutaneous injections
- a stoma
- a urinary catheter
- a ventilator
- difficulty in swallowing and eating (tube feeding)
We will develop a unique care plan to suit their specific requirements. We take a person-centered approach to care, involving participants and families in care planning and management.
